A Little bit about me
Hi, I’m Kelly Meyers — a seasoned wellness professional, fitness expert, and firearms instructor with over 25 years of experience helping people feel stronger, safer, and more empowered in their daily lives.
My journey began in New York, where I earned my Associate Degree in Massage Therapy in 1999 and became a licensed massage therapist. Over the years, I’ve worked across the country—from the fast-paced energy of Las Vegas to the serene coast of Palm Harbor, Florida—refining my craft and building a loyal client base through a unique blend of massage modalities. My specialties include Thai yoga, Ashiatsu, deep tissue, cupping, KT taping, and Access Bars, all tailored to each client’s individual needs.
My work has always gone beyond muscles and movement. I believe the body holds stories, energy, and patterns that influence how we feel, move, and live. Through plant-based healing, breathwork, meditation, and energy awareness, I help clients reconnect with themselves in a way that supports both physical and emotional balance.
Driven by a passion for holistic health, I expanded my focus to include fitness and movement. As an ISSA Certified Master Trainer since 2006, I’ve led clients through kickboxing, yoga, group fitness, and personalized strength training programs designed to build resilience, confidence, and lasting strength—inside and out.
Today, I bring that same dedication to the world of personal safety and firearms instruction. With many years of experience shaped by incredible mentors, countless NRA and USCCA classes, and extensive one-on-one training, I teach safe, responsible firearms skills with an emphasis on awareness, control, and confidence.
Across all of my work—massage, movement, energy practices, and firearms—my mission remains the same: to help people feel capable in their bodies, clear in their minds, and empowered in their lives.
